1. Plain-English summary

  • The Game runs locally on your device. Your save data lives on the device.
  • We collect crash logs and anonymous gameplay analytics to improve the Game.
  • We show ads. Ad networks may use device identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can opt out at the OS level (iOS App Tracking Transparency / Android "opt out of ads personalization"). Rewarded video ads are opt-in.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We don't see your full payment details.
  • The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and message contents.
  • Optional account info. If we add cloud save in the future, we will collect only the minimum identifier needed (e.g., a Sign-in-with-Apple relay or a Google Play Games ID) and update this Policy accordingly.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information. Device model, OS version, language, screen size, time zone, and a generated install ID. We do not collect your name, phone number, or address.
  • Diagnostic data. Crash logs and performance metrics so we can fix bugs.
  • Gameplay analytics. Aggregated, anonymous events such as level start, level clear, time-to-clear, and feature usage. We use these to balance difficulty and prioritize fixes.
  • Advertising identifiers. Where permitted and only with your consent, the IDFA (iOS) or AAID (Android). You can reset or limit these in your OS settings at any time.
  • Site data. The Site is statically hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log your IP address and request metadata as a hosting provider; see GitHub's privacy statement.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Game and Site
  • Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and tune game balance
  • Deliver, measure, and (with consent) personalize ads
  • Process in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple or Google
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
  • Comply with applicable law

4. Advertising & analytics

The Game uses third-party advertising and analytics SDKs to deliver ads and measure how the Game is used. These SDKs may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, and approximate location derived from IP. The current providers may include the platforms' own ad SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob, Apple's StoreKit advertising attribution) and analytics SDKs (e.g., Expo / React Native crash reporting, a privacy-respecting analytics service). The list of active providers is maintained in the Game and can be requested at any time via support@gemax.online.

On iOS, we will request your permission via App Tracking Transparency before any tracking that uses the IDFA. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. On Android, you can limit ad tracking in your Google settings. Rewarded video ads are always opt-in — you choose when to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.

5. Purchases & subscriptions

The Game offers optional one-time in-app purchases and one or more optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Specific items, prices, and subscription benefits are presented in-app at the point of purchase and may change over time. All transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your full payment card details. We receive a transaction receipt to grant entitlements and a transaction ID for support.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your platform account (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's and Google's policies; see our Terms of Service for details.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers who host, analyze, or operate parts of the Game (cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, ad SDKs), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Platform stores (Apple, Google) for purchase processing, app distribution, and store-level analytics.
  • Legal requirements if disclosure is required to comply with law, court order, or legal process.
  • Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a new policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except with your consent through the platform-level controls above.

7. Retention

We keep diagnostic and analytics data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, typically up to 24 months. Support emails are kept for the period needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable additional period to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / others)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (California: CCPA / CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the CCPA sense, but you can confirm this preference by emailing us

To exercise any right, email privacy@gemax.online. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

The Game is rated for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@gemax.online and we will delete the information promptly.

11. International transfers

We operate from Brazil and may store and process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to safeguard international transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-Game notice. Continued use of the Game after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
